My experience with IRIS during admission was hassle-free. The website was easy to use and guided us extremely well throughout the registration process. We were completely aware of all the documents which we needed to keep ready for upload before the commencement of the procedure. The interface was very friendly and organized. Even the fee payment caused no worries whatsoever!

In my first and second years, the procedure for course registration was done offline wherein we had to fill forms for each course we wanted. This was followed by getting the signature of the faculty handling the course. This included waiting for the faculty member to be free and then wait in long lines to get a course approved. Also, the faculty advisor had to be consulted for every elective and to cross verify the slots of each course manually. IRIS has eliminated all of the above problems.

Handling 5000+ students during the hostel allotment process was a very exhausting experience for the hostel office. Standing in long queues and getting drained was a regular scene for students. The revamped IRIS hostel dashboard with remote room and mess allotment features has come to the rescue. Now, students can book their rooms and mess through IRIS without their physical presence at the hostel office. Hope to see more from Team IRIS.

IRIS plays a pivotal role in NITK, whether it's academics, fee payment, placements, or club activities and now even the hostel and mess allotments are being done on IRIS. I have been working with the IRIS team for more than 6 months now, and the hard work and dedication put in by the IRIS team are highly commendable. The NITK students' life would come to a standstill without the expertise and constructive efforts of the IRIS Team members.

The high quality standard of IRIS makes tasks simpler. The dashboard is very accessible and has all the required information. The student information is well-organized. IRIS makes it simple for me to send data to the appropriate staff members by providing convenient access to required data and sources. IRIS has aided in addressing diverse requirements. My experience with IRIS has been beneficial and productive.
